The Products purchased on the website www.kafemalta.com will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request the delivery of the products to an address of his choice, which is located within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.

For every order placed on the Website www.kafemalta.com, EKM LTD will issue an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it by e-mail or together with the order. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.

Delivery costs may be charged to the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier appointed by EKM LTD.
EKM LTS is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.

EKM LTD or the designated express courier will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped, in which the tracking number of the shipment will be specified, through which it will be possible to view, after entering the courier's website, the status of the shipment.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative must be present at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered.

Any damage to the package and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified by means of a written check on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the package delivered.

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by CREDIT / DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL.

The payment must be made payable to EKM LTD and the order number must be reported as the reason. Payment must be made within 5 working days from the order, after this deadline the unpaid order will be deemed invalid and therefore canceled.
Any payment costs will be charged to the customer.

In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts due by the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.


Return goods | Resi

EKM LTD wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication containing:


a) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal;
b) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
c) all the details relating to the payment
This communication can be sent, again within the aforementioned term of 10 (ten) days, also by e-mail, telegram and fax.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, EKM LTD will refund the full price of the Products as long as they are returned by the Customer in a normal state of conservation and only if the above return instructions are correctly respected. EKM LTD reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.

The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.

If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he must promptly send an e-mail to info@kafemalta.com. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to EKM LTD. In this case, reference is made to the rules on returns described above.


Guarantee | Garanzia

In case of lack of conformity of Products sold by EKM LTD on the website www.mycoffeestore.com.uk, the Customer must immediately contact EKM LTD at the email address info@kafemalta.com

The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to an adequate reduction in the price or to terminate the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to EKM LTD within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The direct action to assert the defects not intentionally concealed by EKM LTD is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.
